We ship all our ground orders by the UPS. We use DHL for all rush delivery orders. See Shipping for details.
 
5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?


All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. It will take 3 to 8 days for UPS to deliver your order depending on what zone you live in. All orders are shipped from Zone 2. DHL rush delivery is available.

7. What if I ordered something that is out of stock?

In the event that the customer response is greater than we anticipate, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the item being out of stock. We will charge your credit card only for the items shipped. We do not back order any items.

8. I don't have a credit card, can I still order?

Yes! We offer PayPal for your shopping convenience. We also accept personal checks. Personal checks will delay processing of your order up to 10 days until the check clears the banking system.

Some of our products are exclusives and not sold in stores. We feature many special lines developed and produced exclusively for our customers.
